TULSA — Happening today, crews should start working to replace a section of a 12 inch waterline just south of 51st and South Harvard Avenue.
This, of course, is weather permitting.
It's the same area where a waterline break was repaired last week.
Southbound traffic on Harvard Avenue will be down to one lane.
The project should last two weeks.
