MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. -- More than a dozen water rescues in Muskogee County were needed Wednesday after heavy rains moved through the area.

The rescues were reported in the Fort Gibson area and south of Muskogee. Storms dumped about four inches of rain in the area Wednesday.
State Highway 10 is closed about one mile east of Highway 62 near Fort Gibson due to flooding.
