Tulsa Police and Tulsa Fire received a call that two people were stranded in the middle of the Arkansas River when water levels started to rise.
The water became too swift for the two men to walk back the way they came.
Officials confirm that they are attempting a water rescue right now.
The two men have been rescued and made it to dry land.
