Two felons have been arrested and a third suspect is on the run after Tulsa police say they pulled over a vehicle loaded with guns.
It all started yesterday evening when officers attempted to pull over Shaun Grove and Thomas McNeil for a seat belt violation near Pine and Sheridan.
That's when McNeil and a third suspect ran away from the vehicle.
After searching the car police found several unlicensed guns and arrested Grove.
Officers were able to catch McNeil but the third suspect is still missing.
