Wagoner deputies ask for help in finding missing woman

UPDATE: Law enforcement officials say Edith Benson was found safe in Tulsa.

According to the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office, deputies are currently looking for 75-year-old Edith Elaine Benson who has been missing since Tuesday morning.

Benson was last seen wearing a brown long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Deputies say that Benson suffers from Alzheimer's and has been known to walk away from her home.

Deputies say she is likely on foot and in the Coweta, Broken Arrow, or Tulsa area.
