WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has identified two deputies who were involved in an in-custody death last week.
The Sheriff's Office did not release details about how the person, identified as Jeffrey Krueger, of Texas, died on July 1.
The two deputies were identified as Nick Orr and Kaleb Phillips. Both deputies have been with the department since 2017.
Orr and Phillips are on paid administrative leave pending an investigation from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
