WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. - A Green Country Sheriff is facing removal from office, and now a $3 million federal lawsuit.
A wagoner county man is suing sheriff Bob Colbert, the county commissioners and others. Gary Clark's attorneys say deputies "recklessly provoked" their mentally-ill client during a standoff in 2014.
Deputies shot and injured 61-year-old Gary Clark during a domestic dispute between Clark and his brother.
