WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. -- Wagoner County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a rash of car burglaries which happened early Thursday morning.

Deputies said the burglaries happened in the area of 31st and 209th in Broken Arrow in the Renaissance Park housing edition.

Deputies were able to obtain multiple videos of surveillance footage between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.

The suspect was described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, in his late teens or early 20s, with long blonde hair.

Several items were stolen from the victims' vehicles.

"With the ease and comfort this individual moved in Renaissance Park while committing these burglaries, I wouldn't be surprised if the suspect lived in Renaissance Park, or nearby neighborhoods, Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott said. "Somebody will recognize him, and hopefully contact us with that information. People work hard for their belongings. It is extremely important to me and my staff that we catch these thieves. I have confidence in my deputies, investigators, and with the help of the public, we will catch this individual." Sheriff Elliott stated, "I always encourage our citizens to protect themselves with alarm systems and especially video cameras. Video is a tool that is priceless to law enforcement."

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 918-485-3124.
