Deputies with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office were out on a call helping DHS to remove a child from her home, when they realized they couldn't find any clean clothes or shoes for the little girl.
That's when several sheriff's office employees went home and brought in backpacks full of clothes, shoes and toys for the child.
"It's heartbreaking seeing a child in that circumstance especially being a parent," said Wagoner County Sheriff's Office's Michelle Casady. "It touches you it gets to you, um it makes you want to go home and hug your kids when you have to run into situations like that."
