WAGONER COUNTY – This week, Wagoner County authorities were able to execute a search warrant and arrest a man on over five drug related complaints.
David Stewart was taken into custody on Wednesday after authorities searched the residence he was inhabiting at the time and recovered several drug-related items.
Stewart was arrested on complaint of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute AFCF, possession of CDS in the presence of a minor AFCF, possession of drug paraphernalia AFCF, possession of drug proceeds AFCF, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept, used or sold AFCF, possession of surveillance equipment during commission of felony AFCF and possession of a firearm AFCF.
Sheriff Elliot with Wagoner County says there is a possibility that more charges are anticipated.
