WAGONER COUNTY — UPDATE: Kelsey Seaman has entered a not guilty plea Monday, according to an official with the Wagoner County District Court Clerk.
Officials say Kelsey Seaman's preliminary conference is set for Dec. 4 and Glen Seaman's arraignment will be Dec. 18.

According to a statement released by the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office, on Nov. 15 Kelsey and Glen Seaman were arrested on charges of child abuse murder of their three-year-old adoptive daughter.
On November 6, Wagoner County deputies and Broken Arrow Fire responded to a call in Broken Arrow of an unresponsive child.

When officials arrived they found three-year-old Faith Seaman unresponsive and without a pulse, therefore, she was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead, deputies say.
The autopsy revealed severe injuries that were consistent with child abuse. The injuries included two broken ribs, broken in two places, deep bruising, and internal damage to organs. The pathologist said all the injuries had happened within 24 hours before Faith died.

Kelsey Seaman is being charged with first degree murder of child abuse that results in the death of a minor, child abuse, child neglect, and obstructing a Peace Officer.
Glen Seamen is being charged with child neglect, enabling child neglect, and obstructing a Peace Officer.
