Veterinary Centers of America is offering its local branches for assistance for animals affected by this week's tornadoes.

The organization is opening up all seven locations in the state to dogs and cats misplaced from their homes. The VCA also says they will provide free boarding for pets while families repair damage.

The animals will be given food, water, toys, a bed and yard to play.
