TULSA, Okla. — The southbound US-169 off-ramp to 21st St. in Tulsa closed last night until 1:45 p.m. Monday after an unstable oversized load.
A wind turbine traveling on the highway tipped over onto an oversized load truck in the southbound lanes. Parts of the highway and the off ramp at 21st is now open.
