We told you back in August about a plan to deal with the Tulsa Police Department's officer shortage on patrol.

Help is on the way, Tulsa Police are currently training 30 cadets and Vision funding is trickling in to hire more officers.

TPD said officers from headquarters are working on weekly rotations supporting patrol.
