According to U.S. Marshals, the Springfield U.S. Marshals, with aid from the Springfield Police Department, arrested Nicholas Gibson Wednesday in connection to a deadly July shooting.
U.S. Marshals say that Gibson was arrested around 1 p.m. in connection to the Michael Binder homicide.

According to the Springfield Police Department, officers arrested Ruth Blair on Tuesday in connection to Binder's homicide as well.
Tulsa Police say Michael Binder was found dead at Cascades at Southern Hills near E. 71st St. and S. Lewis Ave in July.
