TULSA — Two murder charges were officially filed Tuesday against a man accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend to death, and also killing their unborn child.
The victim was identified as Allysa Fielding. Tulsa police say they were called to the apartment near 31st and Mingo last week on reports of a person who was suicidal.
But when they arrived they found a woman on the floor and another woman giving her CPR.
The woman who called police told officers that when she showed up to the apartment, she found the victim unconscious in a chair with injuries to her face, the booking report said.
Police said the suspect, Colby Wilson, had blood on his clothes, a fresh cut on his knuckles, as well as other visible injuries to his knuckles.
Police said the victim was six months pregnant, and doctors said she was brain dead after suffering bleeding on the brain, facial fractures, bi-lateral collapsed lungs, multiple cuts and contusions over her body.
The booking report said the doctors also informed the officers that the unborn child did not have a heartbeat.
Police said Wilson and the victim had a history of domestic violence, including a 2016 case where he went to prison after he was convicted of two counts of domestic assault and battery. Fielding had a protective order against Wilson, according to court records.
Wilson faces two charges of first-degree murder and one charge of possession of a firearm after a former felony.
