TULSA — Two men were arrested in connection with a shots fired report last week in east Tulsa.
The victim said he was sitting in his truck in front of his residence near East 41st Street and South 129th East Avenue when someone started shooting through the back window of the truck.
The victim said he immediately recognized the two people involved in the shooting, Peyton Grose and Johnathan Swain.
Peyton Grose, 18, arrested on a count of shooing with intent to kill and stolen property, said he shot at the man to "scare" him, a police report said.
Police said the other man, Johnathan Swain, was arrested on a count of pointing a deadly weapon with intent.
