TULSA — Tulsa police are investigating a burglary and break-in at a marijuana cultivation facility that happened early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened in the 3400 block of West 42nd Place around 1 a.m.
Police said on arrival, they found a front window broken out and a large marijuana plant hanging out of the window.
Officers said they held their breath to keep from inhaling the strong aroma of marijuana and entered the building.
Two juveniles who were found in the back of the building were questioned and released.
Police said the owner of the building had a valid commercial grower license. Police said they haven't been contacted by the owner or any possible victims in the incident.
