Tulsa Police Homicide Detectives have arrested two suspects in the murder of Anthony Welch.
Welch was murdered on March 28th, 2019.
Detectives learned that Welch was lured to the location with the intention of meeting a woman he met on a dating app.
Two minors were arrested for the robbery and shooting of Welch.
Both suspects will be charged with first degree murder.
