Two arrested in Wagoner County drug bust

WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. -- Two people were arrested Wednesday after Wagoner County Sheriff's Office deputies served a search warrant in the area of 719 Road and South 313 Court.

Deputies served the warrant at about 9:15 a.m.

Deputies said they found numerous items of paraphernalia, a small amount of methamphetamine, an illegally-modified 12-gauge shotgun and a small amount of marijuana.

Arthur Mathis and Kimberly Jones were both arrested without incident.

Officials said the homeowner also received a citation for violation of the Clean Air Act.

Mathis was charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (marijuana) possession of paraphernalia, possession of a modified firearm, child endangerment, and 2 Wagoner County traffic warrants.

Jones was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and possession of paraphernalia.
