Two arrested in connection to south Tulsa homicide, robbery

TULSA, Okla. — Two people are arrested Tuesday in connection to a south Tulsa homicide and robbery.

The suspects have been identified as William Wright and Teyon Brooks, according to records from the Tulsa County Jail. Wright has been charged with first degree murder and Brooks was booked as an accessory to first degree murder.

Tulsa police say they responded to a welfare check Monday night and found 30-year-old Princeton Porter dead inside an apartment at Avondale Apartments near South Trenton Avenue and East 71st Street.
