Tulsa police responded to the area 31st and memorial for reports of stolen property Friday night.
When officers arrived on scene they arrested Brandon Nicholson for possession of stolen property.
Officers entered the room to search for more stolen property, inside they found a small meth lab as well as Yuanita Brown and a ten-year-old child.
The Tulsa Fire Department Hazmat Team responded to make sure the meth lab did not pose any fire danger to the other rooms.
The Department of Human Services took custody of the child. Both Brown and Nicholson were arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine in the presence of a child and possession of stolen property.
