MUSKOGEE--Authorities in Muskogee say that two children ages 7 and 8 have been taken into emergency custody after police discover a house full of filth. 

Muskogee Police say that Vincente Rivera and Megan Wells were arrested Tuesday on complaints of child abuse and neglect.

According to authorities, the child went to another residence and she told them she couldn’t get her parents to wake up.

Police say that when they responded to the residence, they found trash throughout the house and feces on the floor. 

DHS took two children ages 7 and 8 into emergency custody.

No charges have been filed by DA yet.
