TULSA - Two men are behind bars after being accused of stealing copper from the City.
Officers say they found Jason Sims and Justin Smith stripping copper Monday morning.
Police say the men had more than 250 pounds of copper wire reportedly stolen from a City of Tulsa job site.
Both men are now once again facing larceny charges after, court records show, both Sims and Smith pleaded guilty to stealing from multiple Walmarts back in 2014.
