Green Country veterans are raising money to keep their post running after recent damage to their heating system.

Tulsa's Veteran of Foreign Wars Post has been housed in the National Guard Armory Building since 1921. But the building's heater caught on fire early this year. Veterans worry the lack of heat could freeze the building's historic pipes and cause even further damage.

Repairs will cost about $20,000. The organization is asking for the support of the community.
