TULSA – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted for first degree murder.
William Proctor is this week’s “most wanted,” according to Tulsa police. Proctor is wanted out of Tulsa County and those with information to his whereabouts could receive a cash reward of up to $1,500 from the Crime Prevention Network, says Tulsa police.
Proctor is described as a black male, 21 years old, 5-foot-8 and around 160 pounds. His hair is said to be black and he has brown eyes, says police.
