Tulsa woman dies after being hit by truck; police searching for suspect vehicle

TULSA -- Police are asking for the public's help in searching for a vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run.

On Saturday, police responded to the scene of an injury collision at 3136 East Admiral Place. After arriving, police found a 21-year-old woman who had been struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene. 

Police say the woman was riding her skateboard when she was struck. The 21-year-old was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

After investigating, police learned that the suspect vehicle is a white mid-90's Chevrolet pick-up. The pickup has a red or maroon right front quarter panel and no hood or front bumper.
