Tulsa woman arrested after allegedly lighting house on fire during altercation Tuesday morning

TULSA -- A woman was arrested Tuesday morning after authorities say she allegedly set a house on fire.

The incident happened at 609 East Young Street around 9 Tuesday morning after witnesses say two women got into an argument.

One of the women later identified as Jerica Cherry, 19, then allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at the other's front door.

The Tulsa Fire Department says the fire made it all the way into the living room of the home.

The fire was extinguished quickly causing only minor damage to the home, says the Tulsa Fire Department. No names have yet been released.
