Tulsa SPCA Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic available to public on July 31

TULSA — Looking to get your pet's yearly vaccinations?

You're in luck! The Tulsa SPCA Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic will be open on Friday, July 31.

Officials took to Facebook to promote the first come, first served clinic.

Services include:

  • yearly vaccinations
  • microchipping
  • heartworm testing
  • de-worming
  • feline leukemia testing

Pet owners are being asked to stay in their vehicle and wait for a staff member to assist them when they arrive to the clinic.

Cats must be in carriers and dogs will either need to be in carriers or on a leash, according the the nonprofit organizations website.

Tulsa SPCA is located at 2910 Mohawk Boulevard.

The low-cost vaccination clinic will be open on July 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a thirty minute closure for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Tulsa SPCA accepts cash or credit card payments. However, they do NOT accept checks.

  • Rabies 1 year = $5.00
  • Rabies 3 year = $12.00
  • DA2PPV (Distemper/Parvo) 1 year = $10.00
  • DA2PPV (Distemper/Parvo) 3 year = $25.00
  • DAPPV/Lepto = $15.00
  • Bordetella (Intranasal) = $15.00
  • Lepto = $10.00
  • CIV = $15.00

Cats & Kittens*

  • Rabies 1 year = $5.00
  • Rabies 3 year = $12.00
  • FVRCP (Upper Respiratory) 1 year = $10.00
  • FVRCP (Upper Respiratory) 3 year = $25.00
  • FeLV (Feline Leukemia) = $15.00

Other Services

  • De-Worm = $15.00 or $30.00 (depending on weight of animal)
  • Feline Leukemia Test = $20.00
  • Heartworm Test = $10.00

Microchip

  1. Microchip = $10
  2. ID Tag (free with any purchased service) = $5

* Tulsa SPCA said both puppies and kittens should receive a series of shots every three to four weeks, for a total of four boosters, for their first vaccinations. They should also be wormed at six weeks.

Tulsa SPCA hours:

  • Open every Tuesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 12:30-1 p.m.)
  • Open the second Saturday of each month, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 12:30-1 p.m.)
