Tulsa Public Schools voted to launch its newly proposed five year plan Tuesday.
"Destination Excellence" was approved with a unanimous vote at the district's board meeting.
The plan, which focuses on the years 2016 through 2020, is a collaboration of ideas from the TPS Board of Education, Supt. Gist, teachers, leaders and the community.
