Tulsa police are looking for a 25-year-old woman with serious health issues.
Officers say Patsy Conrad walked away from an assisted living center near 21st and Garnett around 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Conrad was last seen walking north from a nearby car wash wearing a long-sleeved black shirt and black leggings.
