TULSA -- A man is dead after someone shot him outside a taco restaurant.
Officers responded just before 3 a.m. Sunday to Tacos Don Francisco near 21st and Memorial.
Police found a 34-year-old Hispanic man shot once in the chest on the ground in the parking lot. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
Officers do not have a good suspect description right now. They're also unsure what led to the shooting.
