TULSA -- Tulsa police are asking for help locating a man they call the "deer in headlight" burglar.
Police said the man entered the location twice in the same night. Additional details on the burglary weren't available.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call 918-596-COPS or email burglary@cityoftulsa.org.
