Tulsa police said the child has been found safe.
Police said on their Facebook page that the child, 8-year-old Jeffrey, went missing in the area of 500 block of North 27th West Avenue and was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Police said he was last seen wearing a yellow Pokémon shirt, gray shiorts with a black stripe and may not have shoes on.
Family says the child is the son of a BIxby police officer.
