TULSA — Tulsa police have released the name of the victim who was shot and killed outside a south Tulsa bar early Saturday morning.

Police said Omar Jimenez, 30, was shot outside Stillhouse Bar and Grill just before 2 a.m. after getting into a fight with the suspect, Cesar Rodrigo Fernandez.
Officers said Jimenez and Fernandez got into a fight inside the bar before moving outside into the parking lot.
Witnesses said that's when Fernandez took out a gun and shot and killed Jimenez, police said.
Fernandez was arrested and booked for first-degree murder.
