TULSA — Tulsa police identified the suspect in connection to a deadly overnight shooting.
Police said they arrived to an apartment near Admiral and Yale and found a man dead from gunshot wounds.
Police investigated and developed 33-year-old Joseph Williams as a suspect.
Police said Williams and the victim had an argument over an alleged debt. Police found Williams and took him into custody.
Williams is being arrested on first degree murder, police said.
