TULSA -- A woman was arrested on a count of child abuse early Tuesday morning after police said she bit and choked her child.
Police were called to investigate a runaway juvenile at the home of Kimmie Dickson, 47.
The investigation found that the child had been abused by her mother. Police said Dickson pulled her child's hair, attempted to choke her and bit her on the arm.
Dickson's bail was listed at $50,000.
