Tulsa Police say missing girl has been found and is back home.
On Wednesday morning, police said 13-year-old Mary Diaz was last seen Tuesday in her front yard in a neighborhood near E. Pine Street and N. Mingo Road, wearing a peach dress with ruffles on the bottom and was not wearing shoes.
They said she was upset she could not meet her biological mother.
Police said Diaz has learning disabilities.
