TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police shut down Garnett near 31st after a car hit a man.
The driver of the car hit the man as they were headed north on Garnett, police said. The driver stayed at the scene and said she did not see the man until it was too late.
Police said the man had dark clothing on a non-lit area of the street. Police said the man was unconscious as EMSA treated him. He was taken to a local hospital.
