TULSA -- Tulsa homicide detectives are investigating an overnight shooting that left a man in grave condition.
Police say the man originally left a home near Apache Street and Harvard Avenue after getting into an argument.
Investigators say he then called the homeowner and said he planned to return, threatening to shoot up the house.
According to police, that's when the homeowner also grabbed a gun and allegedly shot the armed man when he returned.
No arrests have been made. The Tulsa County District Attorney will review the investigation.
