TULSA -- One man was arrested after police say he allegedly shot his fiancé in the foot Saturday afternoon.
Police say they received a call around 6 p.m. from a woman claiming to have been shot by her fiancé at 3128 East 34th Street North.
When police arrived at the location, they say a man tried to flee the scene through a wooded area.
The man was later taken into custody after an officer spotted him fleeing. The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
