Upon further investigation, police discovered the man accidentally shot himself in the leg while adjusting a gun he was carrying on his lap.
After shooting himself, police say the man threw the gun out the window.
The man will likely be arrested because according to police, he is an ex-convict and it's illegal for him to have a gun.
