TULSA — Tulsa police ask for help finding a missing woman they say ran away from a Tulsa group home.

Police say they responded to a group home ran by Bonny Crest Home Health on Tuesday morning.

The Program Coordinator says that one of their clients had ran away at some point overnight.

The client, Angel Russell, was said to be having a difficult day with staff on Monday and had called 911 several times, police say.

Police say that the staff stated that overnight, Russell had locked herself in her room and wouldn't open the door, but they were able to talk to her through the door.

This morning, when staff went to check on Russell, they say the bedroom door was still locked, police say. Once the door was opened, the staff found that Russell was missing and had fled out the window.

Angel Russell is described as being a white female, with red hair and blue eyes, police say. It is unknown at this time what type of clothing she was wearing. Police say the staff says that Russell "needs 24 hour monitoring."

If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Angel Russell, call 911.
