TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa police lieutenant was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence.
Clay Ballenger was arrested on a first offense DUI charge Thursday night, according to a booking report by the Tulsa County Jail.
Ballenger was released Friday on a $1,000 bond.
The Tulsa Police Department said he is now on restrictive duty.
