TULSA — Tulsa police say they have located and arrested Troy Scott Wills for reportedly kidnapping.
According to police, officers received several calls of a domestic violence-related abduction.
Police checked several addresses in the city, but did not locate the victim or the suspect, officers say.
Officers were then dispatched to the area of 400 S. Sheridan Road, where they found the vehicle the suspect was using, officers say.
Officers eventually had to use pepper balls to get the suspect, Willis, to surrender from the attic of a house, officers say.
Officers say Willis was also a wanted felon on a Tulsa County warrant.
According to police, the kidnapped victim was unharmed and reunited with her family.
Willis was also unharmed and transported and booked into the Tulsa County jail, officers say.
