TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a missing elderly man.
63-year-old Oscar Escatel left his residence around 8 a.m. on Thursday with his wallet and keys, according to Tulsa police. He was wearing a red-orange Reebok shirt, tan pants and carrying a dark blue jacket.
Escatel was seen throughout his neighborhood in the morning hours walking north on 68th East Avenue.
Police said he has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and takes medicine daily.
