Just after 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning, Tulsa Police responded to the area of S. Mingo and E. Admiral for reports of a shooting.
The caller told police that a white male was lying on the floor, but they had not witnessed the shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a white male in his 20's deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
A second victim, a white female in her 20's, was also found with a gunshot wound to the head.
Detectives are interviewing witnesses, this is still an ongoing investigation.
