Tulsa police arrest two suspects in connection to body found near 41st and Elwood

TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE: Police say they arrested two suspects in connection to the body that was found near West 41st Street and South Elwood Avenue.

Police say 49-year-old James Gray was found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Detectives located Gray's car and found 27-year-old Randy Rowell and 41-year-old Gina Hale in the car.

Detectives took both Rowell and Hale in for questioning, and later arrested both on complaints of First Degree Murder. Police say they will be booked into David L. Moss.

Tulsa police are investigating a homicide after a body was found by a pedestrian Monday evening, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

Police say a man who was walking his dog came across the body of a middle-aged man laying by a dumpster in a parking lot near West 41st Street and South Elwood Avenue.
