Tulsa police officers responded to the area of East 11th and South Harvard for reports of a shooting.
The victim, a male in his early twenties, was shot one time, he is currently in stable condition after surgery at a local hospital.
Police are currently searching for 2 suspects, identical twins in their late thirties, who fled the scene in a red four door truck.
The suspects have been identified as Luis Carlos Gomez and Luis Navarrete Gomez.
