Tulsa police identify man killed at homeless camp in north Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police identify the man fatally shot near a QuikTrip, at Sheridan and Easton, on Saturday night.

Police arrested Andres Martinez and Jason Arce in connection to the death of 32-year-old Mark Clifford Lake.

Officers received the call around 9 p.m. of shots fired. When they arrived to the scene, they found a body in a field behind the QuikTrip.

Witnesses identified the two suspects, Arce and Martinez, to police, saying five shots were fired during the altercation.

Arce and Martinez were both arrested on charges of 1st degree murder, pointing a firearm with intent, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
